Simplify the registration and the reviews creation process as much as possible to increase registrations.
Research the competition to isolate the marketing advantages that set PlanetRate apart from competitors like Google Reviews and Yelp.

Thanks to the new design, the number of visits significantly went up, especially on mobile.
User experience feedback was much better and there was a significant increase in user participation.
Based on comments, animations added to the site contributed in making the experience more enjoyable.

User research and survey
We sent a survey to the users PlanetRate already had. The goal was to get user experience feedback on the key actions we expected users to take. We then took action in resolving those issues on mobile and desktop alike.

The advantages of using PlanetRate are laid out in their own section with a lot more details. Each icon is animated and has a call to action.
The look and feel is more pure with fewer colors.
A video explaining how PlanetRate works is clearly displayed.

The logo has been refreshed.
Elements in the top toolbar have been regrouped logically.
The mission of the site is clearly displayed: Trusted Reviews. Smart Decisions.
