Project
Convert the hundreds of terminal screens (green screens) used by call agents into a modern Web environment. Green screens are terminal screens with no real interface.
Challenges
Boost call agent productivity at Aeroplan's call center. The old green screens are not at all intuitive.
Make the role of call center managers easier with a new Web application.
Results
Despite a premature termination of the project, and according to managers and call agents, my mock-ups, even in their draft state, would have doubled, if not tripled, productivity and efficiency.
User roles and access rights
This diagram shows the screen layouts by access rights and role. I worked with the product manager and development team to create this schema and determine the logic of the future interface.
Unfortunately, my mandate ended here when Air Canada bought Aeroplan which caused the team to be dismantled.
