"If you want to stand out from the crowd, give people a reason not to forget you."
-Richard Branson
I'm obsessed with improving and optimizing things around me, which lead me to create many inventions throughout my life. I often push myself out of my confort zone to push my own limits and know more about myself.
As a UX/UI designer, I enormously benefit from the many lives I had, as I like to say. Let me reassure you about the work experiences mentioned below. Most of them have been done in parallel with one another, not one after the other!
My 20 years of experience in teaching IT, photography and languages gave me that huge sense of empathy towards users and granted me with exceptional communication skills and a knack for explaining things in a simple way which is essential in design.
My 15 years of experience as professional photographer and image editor taught the importance of composition, colours, contrast, etc. and how these artistic aspects can have an emotional impact on users and trigger them in taking action, or to lead them on a specific path in an interface or image.
My 15 years of experience as a software product owner and Web designer gave me these hard skills needed to really understand what is happening behind the scenes and communicate effectively with developers.
Not a day goes by without working on one of my many personal projects in different domains. The fact that I have lived such a wide range of experiences makes me a better designer with a unique set of skills.

To grow as a designer and as a person means exposing yourself to as many experiences as possible. I love being out of my comfort zone because this is when I feel the most alive.
